Hey there! I'm Emma, a certified OCN Level 6 Holistic Sleep Coach—the highest level of training in the UK. As a Welsh/Italian mama to two little boys, Arlo & Rudy, I fully understand the joys and challenges of parenthood.

Living in East London with my partner Ben, we've personally navigated the intricacies of our little ones' sleep journeys.

Just like many of you, I have experienced the overwhelming sensation of sleep deprivation, the maze of conflicting advice when searching "how to get my baby to sleep," and the helplessness of having too many varying opinions of what I 'should' and 'shouldn't' be doing.


Because of this, I've made it my mission to support families with their sleep struggles, guiding you to discover the methods that are right for both YOU and YOUR little one.


My approach is rooted in evidence-based, gentle sleep strategies. My advice is truly responsive meaning that I will never recommend any 'cry it out' methods or withholding response at any time. But you also don't have to just wait it out either - there are a multitude of things that can affect sleep and many different strategies to try. I work with families on a 1-1 basis with various sleep packages, or through my downloadable guides that are instantly accessible on the SHOP section of my website.


Whichever type of support you're after, I'm here to empower and guide you to trust your parental instincts, provide insights and reassurance around developmental and age-appropriate sleep behaviours as well as offer practical techniques and strategies to improve sleep for the whole family. 

The Process of


 Once we have decided to work together, I will send the the relevant questionnaire to complete and return. Depending on the package you have chosen, the form may include a detailed sleep diary and questionnaire.

The sleep diary / questionnaire essentially gives me a good overview of your little one’s habits, sleeping patterns and daily rhythm and enables me to identify any elements which may be having an effect on sleep. It gives me a greater understanding of your situation as a whole, before we deep dive further during your consultation. It also asks you to identify what you feel the sleep problems are and helps to set your sleep goals. 


All my consultations entail in-depth discussions about your current situation, age and developmentally appropriate expectations and behaviours around sleep, as well as exploring responsive and gentle strategies you feel work best for your family.

If your package includes a sleep guide document, then, within 48 hours of our consultation, you'll receive yours, which will be comprehensive & completely tailor-made for your family. It will outline the information and recommendations from our consultation and give you detailed step-by-step guides to help you start to implement the gentle changes.

If your package includes follow-on support, then I will be with you every step of the way via WhatsApp and/or email – whichever you prefer. During this time we can review, tweak or celebrate success for any of the gentle changes you have introduced.


Your package may also include a follow-up call which can be booked for any time during the support period. It can be helpful to book it at the end of the support window in order to touch base, review or fine-tune anything to make sure you feel empowered, less stressed and like you have all the tools you need moving forward. ​
